During the programme, you acquire in-depth knowledge of Merchant Banking and expand your network in this field. Placed in a challenging international environment, participants receive extensive on-the-job training during internships among different cross-border business departments. To develop international experience and broaden your perspective, you have the opportunity to do one internship in one of the larger offices of Merchant Banking outside the Benelux (New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Tokio, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, London, Madrid, ...).

Your profile: :

1. Recently graduated from University (within the last 2 years) with a financial orientation
2. Fluent in English
3. Excellent analytical- and communication skills
4. International experience (work or during your studies; internship, for example) preferred
5. Real affinity with the financial world
6. Inquisitive nature & pro-active attitude
7. Ability to think conceptually and strategically
8. Good performer under pressure & solution oriented
