FIAP : Project & Process Orientation

	A specific Master Program to become an expert in Project or Process Management

A taste of international consulting
During this 12-month programme, graduates will act as a Project or Process Manager for Fortis’ support functions. These include Risk Management, Operations, Human Resources, Facility, Information Systems & Technology, Consolidation, Accounting and Reporting.
As an Internal Consultant, you will make an important contribution towards achieving our strategic aims. You will work in the operational heart of the organisation and be involved in international projects to improve operating processes.
A rich experience
During your one-year traineeship, you will acquire an excellent overview of the global Fortis organisation. The emphasis of this orientation is on gaining international experience and on providing exposure to the challenges and opportunities of implementing processes throughout the world. Differences in business culture, lifestyle and regulatory environments are just some of the issues you will learn to deal with.
Your profile:

1. Recently graduated from University (within the last 3 years)
2. Fluent in English & the national language 
3. Interested in process improvement, change management, issue management
4. Sensibility to the organisation
5. Solution oriented
6. Healthy quantity of initiative and autonomy
7. Proactive, flexible and willing to learn from other people’s experience
