	Across countries & Businesses : A Master Program to explore the entire Fortis organisation

Every traineeship is unique
During the first six months you are offered various professional training courses and skill-building classes. You also get to know the different businesses and their activities. After the first six months, you can decide whether you will broaden your horizons within the General Traineeship or deepen your knowledge by participating in one of the programmes in the businesses. The possibilities are endless!
Because you have the opportunity to work on different projects, you not only get to know the Fortis organisation, you also gain insight into your own abilities and discover what interests you the most.
Your profile:

1. Recently graduated from University (within the last 3 years)
2. Fluent in English & the national language 
3. International experience (work or during your studies; internship, for example)
4. Interested in the bank en insurance world
5. Healthy dose of initiative and autonomy
6. Proactive, flexible and willing to learn from other people’s experience

Possible assignments include :
Project Improvement, Officer, Channel Application Manager, Trader, Equity Analyst, Performance Manager, Branch Manager, Project Manager, Account manager, HR Advisor, …
