on-the-job training, by going through various departments, by working with different
teams and following proficiency and back-up courses, together we can achieve

Do you prefer an in-depth or a wide-ranging approach?
You can start your career at Fortis in a number of ways. If you would like
to develop your expertise in a specific area, you can look for a job in one
of the business lines (see Vacancies Young Professionals). However, if you would
prefer to get your bearings first, and you have academic experience and qualifications,
then you can register for the Fortis International Management Traineeship. This
will give you the opportunity to undertake a variety of projects, and in eighteen
months you will learn about the full breadth of the Fortis organisation. You
can also opt for one of our Associate Programmes.
