Fraudsters increasingly try to trick you into supplying your personal access code by asking you for personal or confidential details in an e-mail or by linking you to a bogus site. Such a bogus site may look uncannily like a Fortis website, but if you provide your confidential details these fraudsters are very likely to use them to their own ends. Always check that you are logged on to a Fortis site via a secure (https://) connection and please also be aware that Fortis would never ask for your confidential details via e-mail.
